Sometimes adding new exercises and more complexity to the program is necessary to continue progress but more of than not its about going back to basics, being more objective in your training and just planning stuff out.

7 Minute Mobility Workout

Homemade pre/post workout bars


  • 1.5 scoops of protein powder
  • 130 grams of Protein pancake mix (omit if you want less carbs use something like flax seed or almond meal)
  • 112 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 55 grams frozen mixed berries


Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thick consistency.

Grab a baking sheet lined with wax paper and with a spoon, scoop out small bitesized bars.

Makes 5-7  bars
