BREAKFAST RECIPE: Green Omelet + Brain Boosting Nuts


Fresh out the oven is this amazingly simple recipe, one of my go to breakfasts while doing the 8% body fat blueprint program.

Who is this recipe for? 

If you want to optimize fat loss without compromising muscle mass and be able to GET SH*T DONE with amazing focus and not brain fog, I’ve found this recipe to be awesome…Especially if your in a hurry and aren’t exactly the next Bobby Flay. Serves: 1


  • 1 oz. macadamia nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup spinach (or broccoli, kale, arugula, micro greens, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil or organic butter


  1. Over medium heat melt coconut oil.
  2. Add 1 cup spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. In a bowl whisk together eggs and egg whites.
  4. Weigh out nuts and all salt and pepper if desired.

Carbohydrates: 11 g

Fat: 45 g

Protein: 33g
