Who This Is NOT For.

Online training is not for everyone. The main reason why I went online was to get away from those people, just kidding. (Note: If your local to the South Florida area and are looking to apply for in person one on one coaching you can still apply on this page!)

  • Are currently injured and or rehabbing an injury.
  • People who want a content prep diet. (Yes I compete but I do not coach competitors…at all. (If you would like me to refer you to some one I recommend I will be happy to)
  • People who do not know how to follow directions or check-in.
  • People who “kinda” want to get in shape or semi motivated individuals. I only want to work with truly motivated individuals who seriously want change.
  • People who cannot make a commitment. You need to be stick with a program for at least 8 weeks.
  • People more than 5 years of serious training experience. I only work with beginners and intermediate trainees.
  • People looking for a quick solution or magical program/supplement/diet. Looking good with your shirt off isn’t a one time thing. There is no magic pill.
